Treasury Department

​The Treasury Department is responsible for the financial function of the Municipality such as budget administration, the preparation of the annual budget and the five-year capital plan,  tax rate calculations, capital financing, management of municipal funds, coordination of the year-end audit, financial statement preparation and reporting, accounts receivable and payable, financial reporting to Council, and assistance to all departments on financial matters.
